You download, print and assemble the game. See the assembly instructions, there are some guide lines to substitute some stuff with generic components to speed up the process. For help on how to build the game, look at my prototype building guide:

Note: For better printing, make sure adobe reader does not resize the page. Else all the printouts will be shrunk. It's a bad feature of adobe reader.

This is the latest edition of the game that was released for the first time as a free product. This is the most up to date version that you should use if you are new to the game.
